Internet Explorer 5 & 6 Configuration
- Set Default Home Page
Open IE5
Click on Tools
Select Internet Options
Type in the home page address next to the Address field.
Click OK - Enable Cookies
Open IE5
Click on Tools
Select Internet Options
Select Security
Click on Custom Level
Scroll down to Cookies and click enable cookies and then enable Per-session cookies
Click OK - Flush Cache/History
Open IE5
Click on Tools
Select Internet Options
Click on Delete Files
Click on Clear History
Click OK - Configure Proxy Settings
Open IE5
Click on Tools
Select Internet Options
Select Connections
Select the Dial-up connection from the list and click on Settings.
Tick the box labelled "Use a proxy server"
Select Advanced.
Next to HTTP insert the address of the proxy server and the port number
Click OK
